The day was not very funny or happy after making her sad and angry yesterday! Anyways, I woke-up early because I slept early yesterday and planned to do some study in the morning. So I did actually. I finished one more chapter of Digital IC Design in the day time and then went to college for making phone call, get some printout and do some more study! I did everything except little more study! I return back to the work of Nick and started reading SSTA (Check out wiki for the meaning of this funny word!) I started reading about this new topic and got some research paper about this topic. Unfortunately the printer stopped working and I could not able to get print of most of the paper, but that's ok because I already have enough in my plate to finish.

Another busiest day, but thanks to Prof. Nick for taking off this week and giving us a break of 2 hour in the full day hectic schedule. Unfortunately my day was not that great! I was feeling almost sleepy from the beginning of the first class of Computer Arithmetic. Somehow I had managed to wake-up in the first 2 class viz. Computer Arithmetic and VLSI Test Technology and Reliability. But I surrendered after that and decided to return to home and take proper rest! After returning home I took my lunch (which was in my modern school bag, my laptop bag!), and then went for the sleep. I wake-up at around 7 or so, and then decided to study after a long time... I was busy in writing a small report since many days and was not able to manage time for study. Now, since I have finally finished the report, and took a long rest as well, I should start covering my academics as well. I did finished 1 chapter of Digital IC Design. But that was not enough. Unfortunately I could not able to do more then that and left a lot of pending work for the next day!

The worst part of the day was to make her angry and sad because of shouting on her, making her upset, and making her feel bad! I realized it but little late, till then she already went for the sleep. This is what I can say for you:

Today I had class but wake-up late so didn't go for the class. Finally today I finished the report! Hurree... now, I have to start reading more literature for the Nick's work and also take care of the course work.

No class means no work! Went to lab to complete Digital IC Design assignment and then started writing the report! The same report... Today I finished almost equation editing, table, figure, and section labelling and their references. The remaining task is to complete the reference section, and image editing.

Nothing great is happening now a day! The day started with Computer Arithmetic assignment, then class and then as usual, report! Today I transferred the doc file into latex. Some latex post processing such as equations, label, image editing, flow chart, etc is required in the final report. Today I returned from university early because today was my turn to cook food! As per the plan, today I cooked Rajama with Rice. I also tried to prepare Kheer which was delicious!

Today is the last day for the assignment of computer arithmetic. I finished chapter 2, followed by assignment question 2. Then some rest by watching movie Gandhi My Father. After that I felt little tired and slept for 2 hours. Wake-up at around 7:00PM and then reading of chapter 3, followed by assignment question 3, and then chapter 4 and assignment question 4. Finally I finished the assignment solution of all 4 questions. Now, I have to write the solution in a plane paper which I can submit tomorrow. Since it's too late in the night, I have decided to write the solution tomorrow morning before class.

Saturday! Many stacked tasks of the week need to complete today, starting from shopping, reading computer arithmetic 4 chapter for assignment, and most important is the dance practice session of GARBA! I started day very late (around 11:30AM) due to last night party hang-over. I did some study till 3:00PM and then went for the GARBA practice session. The most encouraging part of GARBA session is girls to boys ratio! There were 8 girls (including 2 non-indian, I guess europian) and only 4 boys!!! Balle balle... Balle balle...! After returning from the GARBA session, I went for the shopping and then study computer arithmetic chapter 2. Then again return to the report, final proof reading for the English grammar, mainly articles. I finished the task of report proof reading at around 5:00AM in the morning. Today was amazing day with lots of switching from one task to another.

No class, there was only one lab which I bunked! Wake-up late and went to college for giving final touch to the report. Finished proof reading of the 1st draft and made the appropriate changes and took print of it. I finished this around 9:15PM, and then went to markasof for PARTY! We had wonderful dinner followed by an english movie. I return to the room in late night, around 1:30PM.

Humm.. Today was the busiest day of the week. I had 4 classes of 2 hour each starting from 8:45AM till 5:30PM. After class, I started writing the report will 10:15PM, then return to home for dinner and then report! Finally 1st draft of the report is completed by night 1:30PM. Next day's plan is to finish proof reading and correction.

Wake-up little early, around 7:40AM, took some breakfast and went to the college. I had class from 10:45AM, so I start working on the report first. After the class I had lunch session in research group, after that I rescheduled my NoC exam and then again report. I had another class at 3:45PM, then again report till 10:00PM. Still report is only half complete. I hope I will finish the report tomorrow.

Day started very late. I woke-up at around 12:00 noon which was little disappointing to me. After fresh, I went to the college for the evaluation meeting where I learn that every evaluation feedback is valuable, specially the comment which we write in the evaluation form. Then I started writing the report for the Nick. I took my dinner in the college and return home at around 10:30PM.

1st Monday after Valentine! The day was full with class starting from morning lecture of digital IC design, followed by compulsory course of advance device physics and end with the horrible course of computer arithmetic. The worst part of the day is that I slept fully in the class of advance device physics! I will try my best to avoid such incidence again. I return from university early because today was my turn to cook! Again in the record time of less then an hour, I cooked for 8 people, actually I cooked for almost 10 people and some food is left which we can eat tomorrow morning! Special dish of the day was Kadhi and Rice!

Finally Valentine Day favour is down and I have return to my academic. The day is Sunday and Monday is deadline for an assignment. So, we all (Me, Saket and Akansh) rush to the department building for completing the assignment simulation, return from there, had dinner and then continued the assignment. Finally we finished the assignment before sleeping. In the middle gap of these activities, I read 2 chapter of Electronics Design Automation.

14th Feb 2009, Valentine's Day!

The day which is most awaited day by almost all the lovers except few of them (like me!). The culture of this day is started in Europe and luckily I am also in Europe! So what [:(] I am not with my valentine and without her there is nothing to celebrate. People plan for the surprise on this day, so did I! and her as well! I was running countdown for the day and finally countdown is over. The day has finally arrived. I was waiting for this day to give a surprise but was not expecting anything like that. The day was started at 12:00 mid night with the packet of gift on my table and a call on my system! Then the call went till 6:00AM in the morning until I had delivered surprise from my side, followed by a long sleep and then brunch at 3:30PM. Then another round of talk, dinner, bla bla... that's it. The day is finally over with lots of happiness and beautiful memories. Surprisingly I did some study as well when the day changed in India!

After-effect of yesterday talk! I woke-up at around 12:00 noon! Then planned to go to college to prepare for Network on Chip (NoC) exam, fortunately I realize that NoC exam is very demanding and required at least full time dedication of 2 week. So the final decision is to drop the exam for at least this month, and I may give exam in April, but not before that.

Busiest day in Delft! I had class from morning 8:45AM to 5:30PM. Continuous 4 classes of 2 hour each, followed by a small study session on 17th floor. I finished half chapter of Digital IC Design and return to home for the dinner. After dinner, we stared talking with friends and this conversation went till 2:30AM! Humm ...

The day started with missing the meeting! It was scheduled at 8:30AM and I woke-up at 9:30, excellent! This is the most un-professional response I had ever made. Then series of classes! I did not go for the lab session because I thought to study in that time and finish lab on laptop. Unfortunately I slept in library during lab session and did not make any progress on study or lab work. Finally I made little study after all the classes and return home at 9:00PM. As usual, there was only time pass after returning home, dinner followed by talk with friends.

Now I should sleep as I have class very early in the morning. 8:45AM.

10th Feb 2009, Teddy Day!

Teddy! The most loving and popular toy among girls! Teddy is better then us, at least it can touch and feel girls very closely! I wish to be a teddy next time! I don't know what am I suppose to do on this day! Give a teddy to a girl or become teddy of a girl for a day. Very confusing! I prefer to be a teddy and get the opportunity to touch and feel girls!

Day started with a new assignment. Task was to check out the new job opening in the banks and do detail assignment to understand the requirement and eligibility along with the apply procedure. I took little long time to finish this task because I didn't want to miss any single detail which can help.

After finishing the assignment, I started reading Digital IC Design and finished one chapter. Return to home at 9:00PM and start cooking dinner for 7 people alone in a remarkable time of less then an hour. Dinner and cleaning utensils took some more time and it was 11:00PM when I return to the room. That's it! It's almost impossible to do study in the room after dinner when I have at least 5-6 friends around me. So the day over just like that.

Humm... very testy day! I don't like chocolate as such but don't want to miss to have special chocolate on this day! Unfortunately bad luck never left me alone! Never mind, the chocolate is due.

Day was full with classes, 3 lectures of 2 hour each! Fortunately one lecture for cancelled and we got 2 hour free! I went for the cycle repair and found that estimated cost will be around 25 Euro! So, I will be probably buying new cycle in place of fixing this one. Tried to study after that but could not able to make any remarkable progress.

Apart from all the unplanned events, I finished one chapter of the Semiconductor Device Physics which was supposed to take maximum 2 hours. After dinner, I spend my time to expand knowledge about Noble Prize and Alfred Nobel. He was the one which discovered the Dynamite. Alfred Nobel was the great scientist, entrepreneur, struggler, and businessman. His last "The Will" has change the way of considering and pursuing biggest achievement in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Medical, Literature, and Piece. Still the bad schedule! I am unable to follow the correct schedule which I waned to have. I have planned to change the schedule till this week-end. Today was very simple day with few classes and not additional study. Some additional research have been done as per the plan and I hope I will be able to make the plan successful.

Very bad schedule! Yesterday night I slept at 5:00AM and today morning I wake-up at 11:30AM. This is really bad and I should improve it! So, I have decided to sleep on time and wake-up on time! Hurrrr, even today (first day) I could not able to follow this plan but I will try to change it. I went to university at 2:00 and then studied 3 research papers. That's it for the day.

Can you imagine, I have missed the first lecture of Prof Nick! Nick, the one under whom I am doing my research! I missed his first lecture... anyways, it's now past which is very unpleasant. I should do my best to fill this gap and I will do it. Apart from attending other lectures, I read 2 research papers about pi modelling of RC network in cell delay calculation. And one paper was published in 1948! Return from university at 9:00PM and then cooked food... after that I watched a movie "Heyy Baby" just because I love one song of this movie:

Sunday! This was the last Sunday before next quarter begins and I really enjoyed a lot. Day is started with the check of next quarter class schedule and setup of Google Calendar. Then we had an Antakshari Shaam with Indians, organized by Aparna! This was a wonderful event, get-together with many Indians along with fun & masti of game. Today we had bunch of games which are listed below:

Another relaxing day after exam! We went to IKEA for shopping. There I bought one cutter to grind carrot for halawa and a paper rack of 4 layers. This paper stand is extendable to any number of layers; I bought 4 packs to make the stack of 4 layers only. But I can some more layers anytime and have a bigger stack.
